2003 National Annual Meeting & Tax Seminar
NSAC's 68th National Annual Meeting and Technical Program was held on August 4-6, 2003. Each year, the site of the meeting is rotated geographically around the United States and Canada. The 2003 National Annual Meeting & Technical Program was held in Washington, D.C. metropolitan area at the Crystal City Hyatt and hosted by the Capitol Chapter.
